We have been reported an issue where the Innuos Sense app does not detect the server. This issue is currently being investigated and is expected to be fixed in the next update.
Workaround: It should be possible to access the server through the browser by typing "my.innuos.com" (if this is not the case, then it is a different issue).

Update: Multicast traffic should be allowed over the LAN otherwise app does detect server on Android devices.

Struggling to see a way to add new issues to this site so apologies for adding this here.
Since 2.0.8 I can no longer access myinnuos.com even though the Sense app is working. Using UPnP to access through other devices/apps no longer works also unless the Sense app is also open.

New issues should be reported via our Support email. Let's keep things here in context otherwise this becomes unmanageable.

This should be fixed with the latest version of the Innuos Sense App - version 1.0.3. Do let us know if you have cases where you can access the server via my.innuos.com and yet the app does not list the server.
Mike Hughes
2.0.8 installed painlessly. A couple of hours of music to play and I’ll report back.
I appear to be on Sense 1.0.4 though.

My app could not connect to the server anymore, both ipad as iPhone. It does work with myinnuos.com. Restarting does not help. A few days now. My wifi settings are changed. Something to do with this change? Update ; I put the network cables in and out the router and now it works!

Having updated to 2.0.6 I no longer need an app restart to get rid of the track lag or re-enable search. However, it remains the case that the app loses which track the server is playing most times when you minimise the app.
New bug introduced also so that the ball on the track progress line disappears after the app is minimised.
I am a little disappointed the track lag has not been fully fixed by this point.
EAC
I am seeing the same issue using the app on ios
Mike Hughes
I’m also on iOS.
Nuno Vitorino
The ball on the track progress is not a bug - we removed that on purpose as it was causing users to move to a pointin the track when they wanted to navigate to the full player screen. So dragging the track back/forth is now only possible on the full player screen.
This is an issue that's complex as we can't reproduce it and it's not showing for everyone. In the meantime, we have a beta version of the iOS app that you can test and check if the server is now listed. Send us your Apple email to support@innuos.com and we can add you to the TestFlight list so you can test of the new version resolves your problem.
Mike Hughes
That’s interesting. A good odes but sometimes the ball still appears. Email on its way. Would love to beta test.

Just experience now that the sense app does not detect the server then I tried the browser using my.innous.com but also did not detect the server...running 2.0.5 on Zen Mini MK3.....I restarted the server by pressing the power button and then it was able to be detected...
Dave
Any updates on this please? Still not finding server on various Android devices. Works fine with Apple though.

Innuos sense app display lags behind what is actually playing. Requires restart of the app to display current track.

even when you start the app it would be more than useful if the server was automatically recognized, especially if there is only one, or even those who had more than one could choose a default.

Many times when I open the app it start on the page below

My zen 3 mini with 1.4.9 could not update to 2.05. My Iphone 12pro installed innuos sense, however, the app could not detect the server
Emmanuel Le Quere
Jay, You should contact support, we will sort that out.

With 2.05 the innuos zen mini can work with ipeng?
David Gardner
I have not been able to access my zen mini 3 on the innuos sense app at all...both are up to date, but cannot connect. My.innuos.com works fine for accessing the server. Hopefully someone can advise on a fix?
London Boy
I had this problem too. Try trashing/ uninstalling Innuos Sense app and reinstalling - it worked for me
David Gardner
Didn’t work for me unfortunately.

So I’ve just installed the latest update to my zen, and hey presto…sense now working lovely

I’m able to detect the server using the app on my 2020 iPad Pro; My.innuos.com using Safari, however, produces the “…can’t detect server” error message (so, the reverse of what other users seem to be reporting).
Michael A.
Same pattern here using Chrome on Windows and my Android phone. I can't recall if I tried with 2.05 until now, but I know it wasn't an issue with 2.04.
FitmanNJ
After the fix announced earlier today, I have now connected via both my.innuos.com and the app. Thanks.

Also didn't detect the server on my Android phone but on my Windows laptop works fine with my.innuos.com

I am able to access the server through my iPhone but not through MacBook or Mac mini. Maybe this has something to do with the recent MacOS updates?

This issue is occurring for me (iOS via iPad Pro). Thank you Marcelo and Innuos Suport team.
